After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking

Currently due to high demand
Shipping time: 1-2 weeks within the U.S. and 1-4 weeks internationally.


We use USPS & UPS for domestic orders (USA) &  for International (Worldwide)

Please note: During the holiday season or in the event of a product going viral online, our small team may experience an overwhelming volume of orders. This can result in shipping delays, potentially extending order fulfillment times up to 12 business days.

SALES:
Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including unit number and address number, at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Shipping Responsibility & Refund Policy

Once an order has been shipped, Hamsa Club is not liable for any delays, losses, or issues caused by the postal service. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon shipment. For this reason, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: In most cases, we do not offer refunds for orders once shipped. However, in rare situations where an item is returned to us and undelivered, we may choose to refund the cost of the item itself as a courtesy. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed for Domestic (USA) & International (Worldwide).

In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments, buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please note, were not responsible for any lost or stolen packages with the usps, and/or compensation for delays on shipping time. Once the item is shipped, it is out of our control with what happens to your package.


RETURNS:

No returns. 

If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged email us your order number and we will be in contact with you shortly.
